After 27 days, finally the TM and us could relieved as no call needed be made everyday to the customer service department...asking about the broadband connection that TM proudly claimed that the service could be activated within one week...Inconsistency of services...thought falling on your ear, it may be just another complain of the inefficiency of the public services in Malaysia, but to us..it is really a pain in the neck..further reducing our reliance on the govtXXXX..
